I genuinely tried to support Black-owned practices, but at this point, it's no longer about that -- it's about professionalism for me now. The provider herself is extremely rude and unprofessional. She seemed to think she could raise her voice at me without expecting a response -- but I have a voice too. I truly don't understand why some healthcare providers carry themselves as if they'll never need help from others. That kind of arrogant, abrasive attitude is both disappointing and unacceptable. Looking back, I should have left when the previous provider, Ritchie, left. She was a class act. Since then, the office has gone downhill. They expected me to make an in-person visit every time I needed an increase in my Zepbound dosage -- even after being told by the provider herself that follow-ups wouldn't be necessary for that. What shocked me most was that the provider physically put her hands on me to force me out of the office. As someone who was raised to respect my elders -- I am Haitian, and we value that deeply -- I found her behavior completely inappropriate and beyond disrespectful. Honestly, her attitude is probably why her hair won't grow and her face is covered in bumps like a road map -- which I happily used to guide myself to a better doctor's office.

I have never had any complaints with this facility because they've always taken care of me and my family member. Let me be clear, We are not related to Dr Chin or any staff in this Office but we get treated as if we're family. Even to the day I have started coming back with Dr Chin this year because I left due to Insurance reasons since nothing has changed. Instead we saw the PA who basically just took down our medical history for future references I guess. We were supposed to get our blood lab work done in the same visit. But somehow due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were denied at first. After pleading with the staff we were then allowed to get the blood work done. It's weird to me because we always get our blood work done. In the same annual physical visits. We never had to "request" for this service. Oh well, not all the offices were as nice as our previous doctor. Probably will still go back for our next annual check ups. She reads all past records, listens to current situations, talks about resolving challenges and prescribes meds that address conditions. TYPE OF CARE: Asthma (now cured), Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) (cured after referral to GI Specialist and upper gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopy performed and esophagus expanded during procedure, difficulty breathing during exercise (all-gone) and blood work-full testing across the spectrum to identify areas of concern. Blood pressure - after trying amlodipine, then losartan, each could not bring readings down. Finally, they prescribed both at once with a lower amlodipine mg and they found the solution to my high bp. Have have had normal numbers since.
