We were also having the place painted, and he coordinated with the painter to be sure all was done right and looked good. He communicated well. Very fair pricing. He is a hardworking and honest guy. Absolute clowns. We had this company tile our bathroom floors, walls, and shower. Grout lines…read morewere not straight in multiple spots. Permanent marker markings were left on tiles. They used the wrong color grout, then tried to fix the mistake by grouting over the wrong color leaving multi-color grout throughout the shower. Worse, the second coat of grout was sanded grout, and polished all of the texture out of our tiles, requiring the entire shower floor to be removed. When removing the damaged tiles, they chipped floor tiles. They measured wrong and ordered too few tiles, delaying my project over a month. Then, these morons sent me a bill for the labor cost of fixing their mistakes. It was the most childish, unprofessional, moronic display of work I've ever witnessed. I could have done it better myself, and I've never laid a single tile.
