i ask lawrence copeland advise and asked him to market my house after 3 weeks of nothoing i sent an email advising this!!!
Good Afternoon Michelle
I am not sure who I should be sending this email to but because I have your email address I am sending it to you.
I am very disappointed with the add on right-move from the pictures to the description.
After marketing the property for 3-4 weeks I have not heard once from you.
I am so disappointed with Lawrence Copeland I have no choice but to remove the property from you and I have instructed HUNTERS, who have already contacted me a number of times with people who would like to view the property.
I always try to use and support small independent companies due to the a higher level of service you normally get, but I am afraid I have not got this from Lawrence Copeland.
If you could please arrange for my keys to be ready for collection, this afternoon from 4pm.
i the recieved this
Dear Mr Wayman
Thank you for your email of 14/11/11, and the contents of which I have noted.
You placed your property on the market with us on 21/10/11 and to this date you have not returned any of the Agency documents which are required in order for us to proceed including the Money Laundering regulations. I have looked at your advert on Rightmove and I am quite satisfied with both the text of the advert and the photographs. I would like to know how you could better the photographs bearing in mind the size of the rooms and also the fact that I used a full SLR kit with a wide angled lens.
It appears from the tone of your email that you had no intention of committing to a Sole Agency Agreement with Lawrence Copeland Estate Agents. Your property has been on the market for less that 4 weeks (in a recession). My advice to you was to market the property at a top trial and error price of £119,950 and suggested asking price of £115,000, however you are asking £125,000 which also doesn't help when advice has already been given.
I will ask my Viewing Representative to return the keys through your letterbox later today. We did have a viewing booked for this evening which you have not yet acknowledged and I will obviously cancel this.
Yours sincerely,
Lawrence Copeland
