But my husband and I were in search of some ferns for his mother for Mother's Day. We were highly disappointed in the selection at Lowe's which were thin, squashed, and had noticeable bald spots. I don't mind my husband's lack of hair but I didn't want to pay for a balding fern that was to be a gift. So on our way from Trussville to Gardendale we were held up just in front of this nursery by a funeral procession, which gave us the time to say "Hey you wanna stop there?" and then have the 5 minute "I don't care, do you?" conversation. We asked several companies to come out and give us their thoughts....and everyone but Hamilton with Trimm said "what do you like"? If we knew we what we liked we would have bought it and planted it...Hamilton said I think this would look good and gave us a proffesional drawing and pictures of the plants he suggested.... everyone else gave us drawings that looked our 10 yr old son did it. We had already committed to another company when we got drawings from Trimm...when we saw the drawings we said "they nailed it"...that's what we want!!!! I am in the service industry and we were very impressed that every day....not at the end of the project...the crew cleaned up after themselves...every day we got to see that day's progress. I had three separate contractors say that they would be finished by Thanksgiving.... Trimm was the only one that did what they said they were going to do.
