That clinician is still practicing. My clinicians canceled on me very last minute, but they expect you to cancel 48 hours before your appointment or you are charged the full fee of service. They sent my appointment reminders to someone other than myself without my approval or knowledge. It is a very haphazard practice, avoid at all costs.
