May appeared professional, was knowledgeable about her services, and clearly cares about animals. Based on our early interactions, she seemed capable and experienced. However, communication became a major concern. Email responses were very slow, and important details were not provided until the last minute. The most concerning issue occurred one week before the wedding, when we finally received an invoice that included unexpected charges. While we were initially quoted $75 per hour, the invoice included over $200 in additional "consultation" fees. There was no formal consultation--only a few email exchanges (approximately 3-4 emails) requesting basic information about services and timelines, many of which went unanswered. Due to the lack of timely communication and the surprise fees so close to our wedding date, we ultimately felt uncomfortable moving forward and canceled our plans. Future clients may want to clarify all fees in writing upfront and ensure communication expectations are clearly established.

I worked with the company for about 2 1/2 years and loved forming the relationships with all the furry clients and with Brendan(owner) and Elizabeth (operations manager) . You can rest assured the team members caring for your fur babies will love your pets and give them wonderful care, as I did. They also spend as much time as needed communicating with owners to book services, or answer any questions or concerns you may have. The other is a mystery breed puppy who had some basic training before coming to us, but also had some early trauma and is very, very reactive to everything outside of our house (dogs, birds, bugs, people, you name it). The group lessons help the dogs get comfortable around other people and dogs, and as owners you learn so much about your dog from seeing them react to others and also hearing other people's experiences and tips.
