They were so upset they had to respond to my yelp review, which, by the way I had never been arrested for anything at all. Also that ticket that they're talking about is the reason that I hired them to help me with that situation nobody showed up to court nobody helped me with the police statements that were made I had to help myself Which I might add or no record recorded, and I have proof I even asked if they would like to go with me to the police department, which they neglected. If they didn't handle traffic tickets, they should have said that since the beginning what it was, he was interested in money from the insurance not to help with the actual problem. If you are currently with his attorney, know that you have the right to leave them at any time any law firm can replace them. Any attorney will take you even if you have a case with them even if you have receive services with them they are willing to buy off the attorney. You always have the right to leave them never feel that they are superheroes that are here to help you because they're not they're here to work. This is their job. This is how they make their money. This is a two part review. The first on the service and settlement and second on the check disbursement. My wife was in a bad Uber accident (passenger) that required multiple procedures for her back nerves to help relieve the pain. She will require this procedure at least once a year to get any pain relief from now on. There are two Sergio's that helped with the case. Forgot the last name of the first Sergio but he is the one that made sure she was following up with the doctors and that the procedures were helping. If you are in this type of accident, it is important to follow up with doctors and do as they say if you want to be compensated for issues that may linger for the rest of your life. Once my wife finished with all her procedure which took about 2 years, it was time to get all the medical bills together to submit to insurance. Sergio was on it and made sure all information was submitted. You do have to call periodically and touch bases and ask where they are at in gathering the bills, at least towards the end. No need to call them if your still in therapy. It did require a handful of calls for Sergio to gather all the info and finally submitted. Now mind you that Sergio was on hold due to medical facilities that may take their time in sending the bills to the lawyers office. So this can take a couple of months depending how many bills and facilities you went to. Once all the bills were received and sent to the insurance company, it took about 4 or so weeks, be patient and keep checking in with them every couple of weeks for status update. Now this is where Sergio Palacio took over in negotiating my wife's settlement. He to was on top of it and only required a handful of calls to get updates. Call back if he does not answer the first time, he will normally pick up or leave a message and he will get back to you. Sergio P. was able to get a good settlement for my wife that she was happy with. The check process can take about a week or two, not bad at all. Overall my wife and I are happy with the service and the settlement they were able to get her. I have read some negative reviews but being related to a brother in law that is a paralegal, they do require constant calls as they sometimes don't pickup the phone and maybe this is were some folks get frustrated. Just know they are handling multiple cases and you just need to stay on top of them and give them friendly reminders. Finally, I would recommend Tim Wrights office if you are in any type of accident, just be a little patient and do your part. read more

This office is difficult to work with. Any time I send an email requesting information, it's ignored by their legal assistant. It has been 4 months and they have done very little for my case. As a result of their inability to settle properly, I will have to take my own case to Small Claims Court myself. The worst part is that they won't even email me or mail me a drop letter so I can handle the case myself. Not only do I feel victimized by the business owner who harmed me, but also by this law firm who neglected my case.
