I had a very disappointing experience with Major Ink Studios. The customer service was extremely…read morepoor, and I did not feel valued or respected as a customer. From my experience, it seemed like the main concern was collecting money rather than making sure the customer was satisfied with the service. What bothered me most was the way the owner communicated with me. I found the owner to be very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional when I tried to address my concerns. When someone is spending their hard-earned money, they deserve to be treated with respect and have their concerns taken seriously. Customer service is just as important as the work being performed, especially with something permanent like a tattoo. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Major Ink Studios. I hope they improve the way they communicate with and treat their customers. Run Away From This Place.

These guys are awesome and offered to honor the Friday the 13th flash price on Saturday when I could get there. How cool! When I arrived, I asked if we could add another design, the artist, Dumar, was so flexible and accommodating. Have to shout these guys out in particular: Dumar, my artist, is awesome. His work is tight, lines are super clean and he worked quickly. I am so pleased with the two pieces I got from him. Sebastian greeted us when we arrived and helped get us checked in. He was so friendly and hospitable, really made us feel comfortable and at home. He even brought us coffee! What a sweetheart. At the end of the appointment, Dumar took Polaroid photos of us and printed them out so Sebastian could put them on a commemorative post card. Such a sweet and personalized touch. I have been getting tattooed for a long time, and this service was over the top, especially for a shop that probably sees a lot of walk ins.
