I lost my hair from breast cancer treatment, and while a wig helps when you take it off you never feel comfortable even in your own house. My hair is now attached, I get to wake up feeling normal, bed head never felt so good! Best part is people think it is my own hair! People have told me "oh you grew your hair out it looks really good"! I just say thanks.

I have no idea why the only 2 reviews for this place are negative, but after reading the umpteen…read more'hidden' positive reviews, I decided to give it a shot. I was in Burlington for the morning anyway and knew it was impossible to find an opening at a Bellingham salon on a Friday. I booked an appt the night before through vagaro.com, which was really handy! This place is lovely, nicely laid out, and busy but organized. I got a wonderful shampoo, haircut, and style from Julie, who took lots of time looking at photos and making sure she knew just what I wanted. Someone passed out chocolate chip cookies which were delicious! The feel of the salon is professional and sleek but also relaxed and fun, and all their products smell amazing. My one very small complaint (and feedback to the owner) is that there is a subtle smell of old urine in the salon. I recognized it from my days working in an assisted living facility, and then realized that most of the other clients were elderly women. I think the odor of someone's incontinence may have seeped it's way into a chair or two! DON"T let this prevent you from going to the salon though. It was a great experience, I got a great cut, and it didn't break the bank like a haircut in Bellingham would! Highly recommended and will definitely go back!

The website says it will not use the credit card they request‼WRONG…read moreMy card was used the very day before any services rendered. I've had to call my bank to get my money back. Tara has had my $380.00 for 12 days. She just keeps saying the return has been processed! No compassion for the situation for me. Difficult to communicate with as the voice recording does not allow you to leave a message you can only communicate by email‼ Then no return for a couple of days. The unexpected withdrawal of almost $400 has left my bank account a mess. I have asked Tara to do the right thing after almost two weeks and write me a check to my account and no response. The bank is saying it will be another 10 business days before the $380.00 could be returned. I get paid social security once a month so what she has done is unkind and unprofessional.
