They apparently don't let folks in from the front door? No one was there to greet us or check us in. It was a self check in kinda ordeal. We had to put all the lights on and call them for them to remote unlock the door. There were two sets for the photos in the suite. It's a cool concept, pretty self sufficient. We had the photo areas to ourselves thankfully because there wouldn't be a lot of space for larger groups. The heart shaped photo area has spotlights on the ceiling and they provide a tripod. The tripod wasn't the best, I'd recommend bringing your own. You had to strategically set up the tripod so you only capture the set up and not the ceiling or other parts of the suite. I feel like 1hr and 30 mins would've been perfect. The 1 hr session booked was $125. Was it worth it? I think so. If they had a different sets I might go. We don't have access to the luxebloom bar, but from what I could see it looked really nice downstairs. It would be a cute girly date hangout in the spring. Even great for Mother's Day. Overall, it was a nice and I think I'll be back for the luxebloom bar at some point. There's not a ton of parking in the front or back of building so if you're going for an event make sure to get there early. There's one restroom that folks can use. No elevator to 2nd floor so if you're in a wheelchair this isn't a ADA compliant kinda spot for you.

I placed the order online, scheduled pick up, and moved on with my life. Unfortunately, I received an email about 5 days before I was due to pick up the arrangement essentially advising that my selection was no longer available because the flowers wouldn't be in season the month of December. Huh? They explained that they would do their best but I asked for a refund instead. Apparently there was a website issue that allowed the purchase to go through but shouldn't have. Disappointed and frustrated, I placed a last minute birthday order with a large corporation and tried to put the matter behind me. Well color me surprised when the Flowers & Fancies team sent me an arrangement to apologize for the error. I was shocked, surprised, and necessarily reminded that mistakes happen and it's best to have patience and understanding, especially for local, well meaning businesses. We checked our phone log and only had one missed call from the shop, no voicemail. It was for Mother's Day-we liked that particular arrangement and the box it came with. Realistically, I think they mixed us up with another customer, which would've been understandable. Mistakes happen.
