It's a great destination for clothes, accessories, jewelry and unique items for the home. Over all the price points are high, but they have a range of items catering to different budgets. I found and fell in love with a new fragrance, of all things, and picked up a few items of clothing and gifts. My only major point of feedback is the in-store shopping experience is 1000% better than online. I live out of state, so it would be awesome to see them overhaul their website to carry more of the in-store inventory.

I've always been a frequent shopper here but this store really came in handy during the school closures with all of the arts and crafts and projects. My wife and I were attempting to enjoy a stroll through the town when we made the mistake of…read morewandering into 418. My wife wound up buying a cardigan sweater (extremely overpriced if you ask me) from the disengaged, smart phone-glued owner. Within an hour or two of leaving the store the fabric got caught in the door of our car and ripped with surprising ease. We went back to 418 to explain the situation to the owner and politely ask for a refund. She first responded, without looking up at us, with a terse "No." When I asked if we could just exchange the sweater for another one of equal or lesser value, she got very agitated and said the sweater ripped because my wife is "obviously too fat" for it. I was absolutely blown away. My wife is very sensitive and was deeply hurt and embarrassed and has been crying almost non-stop ever since this incident. This women essentially ruined our vacation. And we're stuck with the chincy Made-in-China sweater. Stay away at all costs from this store run by an extremely rude woman dealing in overpriced, third-rate clothing.
