Here are the list of issues. #1 issue: didn't receive the sandwich in a box. Now that's not a deal-breaker, as it doesn't mess with the taste of the food. BUT, it does help keep the sandwich from bending and flexing. Mancino's comes in a box, regular or full size. #2 issue: Bread: shaped like a bun from subway. Not square on one end nor toasted correctly. Didn't have that "crunch" a good Mancino's sandwich has. #3 Issue: Thickness: the thickness of a Mancino's in Michigan (ANY location) was typically 2.5-3 inches thick. This was thin and floppy and very sub-par. Now, some will say, "WhY did YoU EaT it tHeN?!??" It's food. I'm going to eat it. Doesn't mean I'm not pleased with it. This, was a disappointment. Not sure if things are different region to region, but a brand name means standardization. It means you'll experience the same in on location in New York as would in LA. This was not that. If you want food, they have food. Will it be great? Nah. Same quality as Subway. Won't make the trek from Green Bay again.
