Do the right thing for your car and pay Joey a visit! I usually get my car detailed once a year at…read morethe dealer. They take my $300 to provide a $30 hand wash, no more no less. Sure it looks OK, but did they touch up the stone chips? How about removing that bit of tar on the drivers door that's been there for three years? Nope... Joey does detailing the right way. You can get budgetary pricing from his website, but he actually inspects your vehicle before providing a quote. Every chip and scratch catches his attention and he tells you exactly what he needs to do to fix it properly. On top of that, he's not trying to up sell his services once you visit. In my case, I needed an intermediate detail and he actually recommended to NOT get the advanced treatment because the pearl white paint wouldn't benefit from the extra steps. How cool is that? Check out the website for a complete description of services offered. They have paint protection product specifically targeting the problematic Tesla Model 3 finish and you Ferrari owners can get the full treatment with Ceramic Pro coatings. Joey has my absolute highest recommendation!

I purchased a $99 Tuango coupon that included a full interior/exterior wash with paint…read moredecontamination, waxing, aquapel, shampooing of the carpets among other things. The work was generally well done. I pointed out areas near the wheels with a lot of rail dust that needed particular attention during the paint decontamination. Those areas were cleared well, however there was residual rail dust on the rear bumper (not that big of an issue since it's plastic anyway and unnoticeable unless examined up close). They shampooed the carpets however there was debris hidden underneath that wasn't vacuumed. Other than those two detail areas, everything else was sparkling and the car was definitely elevated by a notch. Contact areas (the steering wheel, door frame, door handle) were all spotless and clean to the touch. That's what I want coming out of a full-service detailing job. Appointment booking at the Laval location was slightly easier than the Montreal locations but they are open less long. There's the 151 that passes often enough (for a STL bus) that can take you to Côte-Vertu, which is actually more convenient than some of the other locations. The Tuango offer is a great value. I'm not sure I would pay regular price for individual services that I can obtain for cheaper and more conveniently at one of the many car-washes in Montreal. I would go back once a year to do get the waxing and paint decontamination if they still do the coupon promo.

No question, but after the time I keep my vehicle I can show every invoice (to whom I sell my vehicle to) and show them it hasn't been serviced at crazy clowns car garage or some other questionable mechanic shop. Over the years we've had some small issues but I would kindly declare that most near all have been dealt with professionalism and quality service. Here is how I go about my service routine. I call for an appointment, get it scheduled, arrive on the day hand in my keys, go wait in their cozy new lounge and wait for my name to be called to pick it up pay and I'm out the door. When I got there, the owner asked an additional 20$ for the optional seat shampooing. While the seats were not on the list of services provided, the surcharge should have been spelled out. Regardless, I took the option. When I picked up the car five hours later, it was unrecognizable. Any and all marks left by the bikes were gone. The car was spotless and dustless through and through, inside and out. I can't recommend them highly enough. They did the work cut- rate but took no measure of that whatsoever. And now, I'll be back to them next year and pay the full price.
