They even took their laundry out of the dryers so we could use them and be on our way, (as we were very clearly tourists). Make it a part of your visit to Montecatini Terme. It's right off A11. We do not recommend Grotta Guisti in Monsummano. The outdoor pool was tepid and the jets not very hard, so there was very little benefit. We did not spend the extra money to sit in the cave, which looked interesting, but we were short on time. And the showers were so weak I could hardly rinse out my long, thick hair.
