Most signage is in Italian, English, Spanish, and Arabic, plus there's a bunch of French-speaking Senegalese clientele, so there's a good chance something will be legible. Tokens are €1 each; small washer is 3, large is 5. The dryers can take several tokens at once, at 10 min a token. The token machine takes bills but doesn't give change. Not a high-class experience, but it'll get your clothes clean when most places won't. Hours are vaguely 8am -- 8pm, but seem to be later on weekends. Not clearly posted anywhere I could find.

The shop was neat…read moreand clean and there are plenty of signs with information about how to work the machines - although we were lucky to meet the lovely lady who services the laundromat when we arrived. No need for your own laundry detergent - it is provided by the washing machine when the washing cycle begins. €4 for the 10kg machine and €8 for the 20kg machine then €2 for 15 mins of the dryer. Payment is made through a central electronic payment machine and the machine takes notes (€20 or less) and coins (50 cents or larger). There are chairs, magazines and even a small library available. A delightful find which made our life easy.

Best laundromat ever!…read more Not only were the ladies who work there as sweet and helpful as could be, the machines automatically dole out detergent and softener, so you don't need to buy and shlep them. They even took their laundry out of the dryers so we could use them and be on our way, (as we were very clearly tourists). Make it a part of your visit to Montecatini Terme. It's right off A11. We do not recommend Grotta Guisti in Monsummano. The outdoor pool was tepid and the jets not very hard, so there was very little benefit. We did not spend the extra money to sit in the cave, which looked interesting, but we were short on time. And the showers were so weak I could hardly rinse out my long, thick hair.
