We didn't realize that it would be so hard to find self-service laundromats in Italy, and our fancy hotel charged WAY too much money for laundry. SO I brought two big sacks of laundry, and Liliana did them by the next morning, as promised. She and her son don't speak much English, but you can probably manage to communicate, for example, by pointing to the washing-machine, rather than to the dry-cleaning items.

A few very important things to know about this place. Minus one star for having so few machines…read more 1) Yelp has the wrong location. It's actually closer to the bend looking out over the street rail (best view from a laundromat ever!). See my photo. 2) It's 6 Euros each to wash and dry, and that's in the smaller machines. The bigger one is 10 Euros each. But the detergent is only 1 Euro, so there's that. 3) There are exactly 2 small and 1 large washers and dryers each. Each machine takes about 35 minutes, so it doesn't take much to fill this place. 4) They're also a full-service cleaner, so you can just drop off and pick up later, e.g., if the machines are full and lots of people are waiting. 5) It's next to an amazing La Galli Sky bar in the equally-amazing Hotel Villa Franco with awesome views, but the prices are very high, so you'll spend way more than whatever money you saved by doing laundry yourself ;). 6) The staff are friendly and helpful, so just ask if you need help!
