Rosy Laundry was a great find while in Sorrento. They have everything you need right there - detergent, fabric softener, plenty of washers and a handful of dryers. They are cash only, but there is an ATM out front. All in all it cost about €8 to wash a load. Be warned that their system only gives change back in coins, so don't put a large bill in unless you're prepared for a lot of coins! It took me a minute to figure this out due to my very primitive Italian. Despite the language barrier, this was a very pleasant experience and the women working were very kind and helpful. Staff were incredible--helpful and caring. If you're traveling this is the place in Sorrento. Used another one in the area and was significantly disappointed (machine took money and didn't start, owner wouldn't help, which led us to take our wet partially washed laundry down the street just to get it finished). We came across Rosy's and were so appreciative. Full service, staff on site and clean facilities/machines, also better priced with all soap/softer included and a take away bag option for 1.50 euros.
