Although Natalia was running a bit late, she definitely made up for it with her excellent customer service, communication and hard work. She consistently informed me of what she was doing in my home and asked questions to ensure the quality was great. I appreciate that she takes her time and does not rush her work. I had also requested that they use non-toxic products because I have a dog and I occasionally suffer from sinusitis. I was home about 90% of the entire time Natalia was here and I felt no irritation or allergies. Overall, I will definitely be booking with Cleanbee again and hope to always have Natalia be the go-to. Not only that, but both appointments were cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning. I work weekdays, and Saturday appointments are hard to get, so now I can't find someone to come in less than 24 hour notice without having to pay over $250. I scheduled the cleanings over a week in advance both times. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for re-scheduling us the first time. But, now I have visitors coming to stay with us and I have to clean my own 3 bedroom place...I'M ALMOST 7 MONTHS PREGNANT. If you need reliable service, and you have limited time and availability - this is not the cleaning service for you.
