It is squeaky clean, has nice areas to fold and carry laundry, and has its own unique wash card you can get anytime. Door closes to get in at 845pm and last call for a wash then. The place shuts off at 10pm sharp. The owner was so sweet and has the phone number available anytime on the wall. I had left my phone in there on accident after I left and they let me in remotely. Having a hand sanitizer bottle would be helpful here (from the business) if you have sensitivities like I do. I bring my own for now! Cost to hot wash for 45 min with extra spins for a heavy bedding was around $9. Dry for this comforter was complete at high heat for a little over and hour. I had to take it out periodically to readjust placement to ensure a full dry (normal for this kind of wash and dry). Total came close to $15. I'll be back!

A couple of weeks ago I started two identical model washing machines, one of which was #28. They're located close to each other. One finished at the expected time, but #28 still had about 15 minutes left. I thought maybe someone had opened the lid to check it and forgot to restart it after closing it. Today the same thing happened again. The timer was stuck at 15 minutes and the machine kept filling with water. While it was running I was putting other loads into the dryer, and the employee was helping another customer. By the time she finished, about five more minutes had passed and the timer was still stuck at 15 minutes. I explained the situation and asked either for a refund or for the load to be covered since the machine clearly wasn't operating normally. The employee insisted the machine was working properly, and we went back and forth for a bit. Meanwhile, another 10 minutes passed and the timer still hadn't moved from 15 minutes. Eventually she agreed to cover the load, but only after I mentioned that I would leave a review and file a complaint with the BBB. I've been a customer here for years, so it was disappointing that it took that much effort just to resolve an obvious issue with a malfunctioning machine.

If you FORGOT detergent , they ONLY charge $1.25 for 1 load of clothing at detergent vending machine. As for the dryer, it currently costs 25 cents /EVERY 3 mins. They charged $40+ tip for pick up/ wash and return. Not a bad fee for the service. The service was good. Blanket was properly washed and dried. Only hiccup was my daughter lives in an apartment complex the person doing the pickup got lost. I understand how many apartment complexes can be confusing. The person picking up and delivering was super cranky which made it feel like she was doing us a favor for a task she was being paid to complete. Maybe she was having an off day. Would still recommend as service was completely to our satisfaction.

She brought me back to the office to create a profile for me, she was very thorough with the process and made it easy , thank you Ms. Nayeli for the warm welcome It took roughly around 2.5 hours for me to get my pick up text , and i was then greeted by a Ms. Shiela or Sheena , my apologies it was a bit busy so i could not hear your name. Amazing Fluff & Fold Service!…read more Yesterday, I dropped off my laundry for their fluff & fold service and was blown away by how great everything turned out. The employee who helped me was so kind, attentive, and detailed -- she asked all of the right questions and handled my clothes with care. When I picked up my laundry, everything was perfectly folded, smelled super fresh, and was packaged so neatly, I even showed my friend (via FaceTime) because I was in absolute shock. You can tell they really take pride in what they do and care about their customers. If you're looking for a place that goes above and beyond with both quality and customer service, this is it. Highly recommend and am DEFINITELY coming back!
