Dr Jie Liu: I had a physical with this doctor as I relocated back to the area and could not get in…read morewith my previous doctor. The appt was easy to get and now I see why. During a routine physical I answered the questions asked and explained some issues that I was having. She passed these off as if they were not an issue. The labs that were taken were never read nor discussed with me by Dr Jie Liu and it took me calling every week for a month to get the labs sent to me. There were several labs that were low and high that needed to be addressed. I was never contacted for a follow up. I have since seen another doctor who has gone over my labs in detail and has referred me to a specialist. This was the worst experience that I have ever experienced by a doctor. Save your time and money and find a doctor that will communicate and follow up and listen to you as the patient.

When I inquired about the doc and charges I'd be given, no one knew. They didn't know why I was there. I spent two minutes with the doc and she summed up my results from my ER visit 2 weeks earlier. "Everything looks normal but some inflammation in your stomach. Have you ever tried Tums?" Then, she pushed on my stomach (I let her know there was pain) and told me to see her in 2-3 months. When I asked, what about the fact I can't eat or the weight loss - dropped 10-15 pounds in less than 2 months, she says, "Why can't you eat?" And, "Yeah, your albumin is low. Here I'll refer you to a specialist. I'm curious to know what they'll say." $212 billed for this excellent care.
