I've been with Jeter for years. When my GP couldn't figure out what was causing my random,…read moreunexplainable (to me) panic attacks and other odd symptoms, I was referred to him and couldn't be happier...literally. Dr. Jeter pinned down my diagnosis in less than 15 mins during our first meeting and finally everything just made sense. I was mad my GP didn't refer me sooner! Dr. Jeter is very, very flexible in experimenting to find the right balance of treatment, and for me it was life changing. After a while the problem was fixed and I didn't need to see anyone any more. I have seen one or two others in my lifetime but Dr. Jeter is by far the best at what he does. He's not going to become your "buddy" per se, but I think that's true of any doctor. He's there to solve problems, which often requires a clinical approach. The only reason I had to go back is because my GP couldn't write the prescription anymore due to some new laws. I have no idea what that's all about but Jeter took me back right away even though I technically had to come in as a "new" patient because it had been so long, and he wasn't actually accepting new patients at the time so that's another plus for him as far as I'm concerned. As far as his assistant Lordes and the rest of the office staff, I've never had a bad experience. In fact, I admire the way Lordes runs things. She's super efficient and, yes, sticks to the books but why is that a problem? Like any doctor's office, you have to come prepared and be on time. I've waited a long time occasionally but I know Dr. Jeter affords me the same time in return as everyone else. Btw, people shouldn't come here and give Dr. Jeter a poor review just because you may have had a bad experience with the office staff. You're not there to see them. Dr jeter and his staff have always been very professional and kind . I'm not sure what the other reviewers wanted but the staff is amazing. I travel a lot internationally and they work with me to get my scrips and continued care.Dr Jeter is really an excellent doctor and very empathetic during our conversation. His assistant is also so caring and sweet . The office doesn't accept my insurance, so I pay private . It's expensive but I feel that the quality of care justifies the cost.

I had two of them actually in the short time I was there one left and the other one did just fine however, I have an issue with the therapist and an issue with billing first off the therapist that I saw could have cared less that I was there. Always talking about her frogs half the time to know why he was there. I was supposed to see her for EDMR therapy and she didn't have the equipment she was supposed to just half of it. Oh by the way I had to ask three sessions in about it so definitely afford this place because they're from what I can tell the therapist don't care. I think it's just a money grab at this point. Next, if you end up selecting this place and you have insurance, you need to watch it very closely. You need to monitor your explanation of benefits after every single visit. I was overcharged by $563 and had to chase down every penny of it they decide that they're not going to refund you or adjust your payments until you go talk to them about it. I've never dealt with a healthcare company before that has been so poor about payment management honestly, the only best way to pay. These people is in cash and even then I would be careful what they're charging you.
