Upon renewal, they decided increase my premium again without explanation. Upon calling corporate, they claim to no longer offer a home owner discount (which Brian M. assured me 6 months ago was covered). Steer clear of this company and especially this office. False information from their representatives has lead to an increase of $25 more a month ($300 a year) more than I was quoted by Brian M. No accidents, no policy changes. Do not recommend.
