The next visit was great with Lauren then I was handed off to the nurse practioner , in May I had an appointment I went to the appointment paid my copayment sat down to wait while waiting I recieved a message that my 82 year old dad had fallen . I told the front desk I had to leave for an emergency he said I could use the copayment for next visit . After I few months I recieved an invoice for 34.19 I then called asked what for was told not to worry till they research. The next appointment I asked again . I was told they did not know what for. And then got a message from Lauren. She said she was gonna research. I then got a call they wanted to go over my liver mri . I said ok when I went to the appointment I was told I could not be seen over the 34.19 . The office manager took me in a room and told me it was because I left early over 6 months ago and insurance did not cover that visit. I was angry very mad to the point my predisone kicked in which never has before . I then said I was leaving a bad review over this for it was a ridiculous charge and it told me this doctor doesnt care for me she cares for money and reviews .she left a message in my patient portal terminating my care with her. Staff is very caring and hard working, the facility is super clean and organized. They are VERY busy, ( Don't go to a Dr. that isn't) so expect to be patient, as Dr. Kroll will stay with you until he is satisfied that you understand the instructions and the protocol he suggests for you. Each patient gets his undivided attention, this is not a numbers game to him. I couldn't be more satisfied with my health care here.

The receptionist was absolutely rude And gave zero advice and frankly I believe it's because my insurance company is Humana and they probably don't pay as well as some of the other insurance companies. This group should be ashamed of themselves as my eyesight is extremely important to me, and this group refused to get me in or even do a Teladoc appointment to give me a referral to a retinal specialist, shame on them!!! I STRONGLY advise anyone considering this office for medical care to THINK TWICE. My experience with the front desk staff--specifically Tracy--has been one of the most unprofessional encounters I have ever had with a medical office. Over the course of two weeks, I left multiple voicemails requesting a callback for the doctor and received absolutely no response. On several occasions my calls were declined, and eventually the voicemail box became completely full, preventing patients from even leaving additional messages. Equally concerning is the way patients are spoken to at the front desk. Tracy consistently communicates in a dismissive and disrespectful tone, often making patients feel like they are an inconvenience rather than someone seeking medical care. News flash Tracy: if you hate your job--because that's exactly how you come across every time I've spoken to you--why not find another one instead of treating myself and others like the dirt you've stepped on? Riddle me that one. After weeks of being ignored, I called again on March 9, 2026 to request my medical records because I have no intention of returning to this office. I was then told I would need to pay to obtain them, which only added to the frustration after such poor communication and lack of basic professionalism. To make matters worse, the second phone number listed on the office voicemail as an alternative contact does not work at all, leaving patients with no reliable way to reach the office. Appointment scheduling is also extremely frustrating. On multiple occasions I arrived for appointments scheduled at 2:00 PM and was not seen until 2:45-3:00 PM. The office displays a sign explaining delays are due to other patients needing care, but consistently running 30-60 minutes behind shows a clear lack of respect for patients' time--especially for those who must leave work for their appointments and return afterward. The doctor himself was able to help me medically, and I will acknowledge that. However, the overall environment of the office--including frequent profanity during visits--does not reflect the level of professionalism patients should expect from a healthcare provider. Between the ignored calls, the nonfunctional contact number, the dismissive front desk behavior, and the chronic appointment delays, the administrative side of this practice is deeply disappointing. Patients deserve professionalism, communication, and basic respect. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. If you are considering becoming a patient here, proceed with caution.

Sam, the xray technician was great, answered all my questions and explained everything. I was well taken care of for sure. I went back for a self imposed follow-up to make sure there was nothing else to be done and to be checked out and that was on Wed, April 22. Another Melissa who is a care giver whom I have dealt with in the past reviewed everything, answered my questions with no rushing. There is a fantastic group of people at this Spring Hill AFC and i feel comfortable in knowing they really do care! Bless you all!

My experience, however, was not the best. The waiting time was surprisingly long despite being second in line. I waited for 40 minutes in the waiting room which wasn't a big deal for me but I was in the actual exam room for a long time, and it wasn't a very busy day. At one point I was alone in the waiting room. Once they finally got to me, I explained how I felt, since I had flu like symptoms and I needed some blood work done, and that's where my bad time was had. Here's the deal, nobody likes needles. I was told I have tiny veins, and after sticking me three times and two different arms I didn't end up getting the blood sample I needed. As soon as they pulled the needle out, blood was all over my arm, and some fell to the floor. Honestly, I'm a bit traumatized. I've had blood taken out before, and it has been very quick, almost painless, and one and done. This was a rough experience for me and idk if I can bring myself to go back after that. This was just my experience. I don't want to trash on the whole urgent care because people did seem very kind, but the waiting time was pretty long for an office that didn't seem so busy. I did after the third needle have a mini panic attack and they got me water and calmed me down. They gave me a slip to go to quest diagnostics after a few days because they couldn't get the bloodwork they needed. It's been a rough 2025 start, fam. Hoping that folks have better experiences than me.

So Id personally rather wait and have someone listen and attempt to help me than rush through appointments stay on time. I've been with him for a year and a half at least and he's always made us a team in our care. He's taken our suggestions listened to our concerns and had us help with our plan of care.
