I have seen Dr. Phil, Dr. Peters and Kenny has worked on me as well. Every single one of them has been a wonderful experience. I always feel welcomed and cared for with the upmost respect! Just a heads up that you should not under any circumstance consider receiving any sort of care from this business unless you want to deal with the hell that is their insurance policy and their inept billing office. They send bills 2+ years later with fictitious care charges under the guise of them cleaning up their billing practices then immediately send you to collections if you refuse to pay what is a bogus charge. I went for chiropractic care and they charged for physical therapy, backbilling their charges for care that does not and did not align with my insurance policy and copay. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Laurelhurst Chiropractic has also been dismissive of the BBB and said its not their problem. I am not the first to run into this issue even on Yelp reviews as you can see the review by S C in September 2023 reflects the same issues. Do not come here unless you want to deal with a billing scam run by duplicitous people *(not to mention unkind). Hope this helps! EDIT: in response to the owner replying below, would love to clear up some misconceptions they tried to outline - not only was I surprised to receive a bill 2+ years after treatment, imagine my surprise when they threw in some physical therapy treatments. At the time, I was going to Therapydia, a wonderful business down the street, for my physical therapy. So if you want to pull receipts Phil, this is not where you want to go. Additionally their front office is quite rude and dismissive. So while the owner below is playing nice, behind the scenes they are awful to deal with. And regarding the treatment diagnosis and treatment plan being emailed, that is simply false - I have the email receipts to prove I never received this. My insurance even mentioned that a business like this was not authorized to provided treatment according to the codes billed fraudulently to me. Additionally, the business sent me straight to collections instead of waiting for insurance to reprocess and review the claims and did not engage with the Better Business Bureau in a prompt fashion, although they are an accredited BBB business. Please reach out to me and I can recommend at least 5 other businesses in the greater Portland metro area that will provide quality treatment without the hassle these folks will put you through. read more

We've only worked with them once so far, but great experience. The staff is nice and easy to work with. Dr. Danielle specializes in pregnant women, and has custom adjustments for them. My wife saw her for some pain she was going through. We liked that she spent a good amount of time up front getting to know us and my wife's condition. Her adjustments and advice helped my wife feel much better. They even let me hang out in the lobby and take a work meeting on their Wi-Fi. The facility is neat and clean. read more

The care itself if fine. The billing practice in this office is terrible. They always seem confused by my insurance coverage, have attempted to charge me cash pay rate rather than insurance rate, and I have just received a bill back-charging for care that suggests I owe more per visit than my insurance states is my co-pay. Additionally, my husband has been quoted different amount of co-pays from the front desk (we have the same insurance) and was initially going to be charged hundreds of dollars per visit in cash pay before citing our insurance policy. We will not be returning simply due to ongoing frustration with the front office staff and billing practices. read more

I have degenerative disc disease, and while I normally use the VA I have been unable to because of COVID-19 closure. My neck was causing me intense pain and I had little mobility by the time I went to Laurelhurst. After the first visit my pain dropped from a 9 to a 7, and after the second visit my pain was down to a 4, with my mobility increased so I could look over my shoulder. The adjustments started with massage, which really helped loosen things up and make the adjustments comfortable.
