From our very…read morefirst session, her genuine warmth and unwavering empathy created a space where I felt truly seen, heard, and understood. April's ability to balance compassion with gentle guidance has allowed me to confront difficult emotions and patterns with courage and clarity. Using ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems), April skillfully weaves together evidence-based techniques with deep intuition. These modalities, combined with her expertise, have helped me process past trauma, understand my internal world, and build a stronger sense of self. Each session is purposeful, yet organic, like we are uncovering layers together at a pace that feels safe and empowering. April doesn't just listen; she hears you. Her genuine care and support have been a steady light during some of my darkest moments. Because of her guidance, I've grown in ways I didn't think were possible. I've developed a deeper sense of resilience, self-compassion, and a clearer vision of the person I want to be. She also takes insurance, which is extremely helpful. I have recommended her to many others. If you're looking for a counselor who is not only skilled but also deeply human, April is truly one of the best. I cannot recommend her enough.
