Now for the amassment... My red 2001 Silverado had the driver's bedside repaired, and of course, the 2024 paint made the rest of the truck look a bit faded. Now, I can not tell the difference!!!!!!! I had yo have a dent repaired on the driver bed side. Naturally the fresh paint showed the age of the original paint. The 1st detail job was kinda ok, the 2nd detail was not it, the 3rd detail was a supreme waste of hard saved money... the 3rd was so bad that once it got dirty it looked good enough to drive at last. I saw Michael Crumpler's ad on Facebook and said to my self, self, why not find out what he says. He answered my questions in his speech before I even asked him any questions. And Bless God he made my truck great again!!!!!!! So if you choose anyone else... just roll up what they want to charge into a Slim, tight roll and insert it into a pop bottle, place on the lid and toss it into the trash can. You will be just as well off than a poorly attempted detail job. This man is a Craftsman!!!!!!!

My car fender was damaged by road debris. Right fender had to be replaced and the doors on the…read moreright side had to be repainted. Pros: Got an estimate for insurance in just a few minutes. Excellent body work. My car looked like new when finished. Cons: Took 3 weeks to get an appointment to start the work. To paint the doors, the door handles had to be removed and when they were reinstalled none of the electronic door functions worked (keyless entry, power locks, power open/close). When I pointed out the issue they did a quick test to confirm the problem then just told me they did know what the problem was and could not fix it. They told me to contact my insurance and get permission for more work from the local dealership. It took another 2 months and several visits for the dealership to schedule the work, diagnosis the issue, order 2 new door handles and replace the handles. My insurance covered it all, but it was a long and frustrating experience.
