To refute "Miss A's" negative review…read more I have worked with Dr. Renee Miller for several years, off and on, as my Life Coach. She came highly recommended by several colleagues who had worked with her and who experienced amazing transformations in their lives. People who had gone through various life changing events who needed someone to help walk them through their difficult situations. When I was going through a very hard time in my life I contacted her because she came so highly recommended and saw true evidence of how she helped them through the tough stuff that most of us don't know how to deal with let alone talk about. She helped me through a very dark time and our work together gave me hope. She coached me and had some hard conversations with me about decisions I had made that left me feeling stuck. She didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear. I have friends for that. She challenged me and helped me stretch in areas where I couldn't see how I was getting in my own way. She is not one of the "warm and fuzzy" coaches, but that said, her level of empathy was unwavering. I have always felt like she is right "in it with me". Renee's unique insight, her attention to the not so obvious, lends to her overall spirit and excellence as a life coach. I am blessed our paths have crossed. She is indeed exceptional! I have referred her to friends and family members because the work she does is incredibly healing and growth provoking. I don't normally post reviews on yelp because it tends to attract people who want to use it as a forum for negativity. Honestly, I don't typically take negative reviews seriously as they tend to sound vindictive, especially when they are written anonymously. But a friend shared with me that someone posted something very negative about Dr. Renee Miller and I felt like those who refer to yelp for a coach or therapist should probably have information from others who have had completely opposite experiences than "Miss A".

I adore Suzanne…read more Her studio in Playa is VERY far for me to travel since I live in the valley... and yet after a session with her, coming home in traffic didn't bother me in the least (maybe for the first time... ever!? ha!) I was so glad to be alone with my thoughts and in such a great mental state I felt grateful for the slow drive instead of aggravated by it. I think that alone says enough about her as a meditation teacher! But I don't want to stop there... because I haven't told you enough about this lovely and amazing woman. Suzanne truly has a gift. She is calm and soothing and caring and supportive... and she is absolutely meant to be doing this. She seems to have an intuitive knack for knowing just what a person needs... You see the mind can be a dangerous place and we all have such different experiences, and blocks, and ... you cannot apply a one size fits all philosophy to new students. And she doesn't... she works with you, to help you unlock your best self, and she does it bravely and beautifully and she truly makes it as painless as possible despite whatever pain you bring in there. In week 9 with Triad Wellness. I have been having shoulder…read moreissues, not uncommon at 74 years old! Since I have been at Triad my shoulder has been getting better and better. The trainers have helped me with exercises to strengthen the muscles around the shoulder. Just had a visit with my Orthopedic doctor last Friday. He took xrays and determined I have a bruised rotator cuff. He suggested physical therapy. I shared with him my Triad Wellness routine.......when I finished with the exercises I have been doing and the Cold Water Plunge, he said, I do not need Physical therapy since I am already doing it!!!
