You were calm and professional the whole night you took time to personally meet, greet and shake hands with the key members of both families. Your pre-dinner Cocktail Hour was spectacular and well served... Perfectly tailored to an American-Spanish union. Everyone was saying how over the top it was. Then, the dinner buffet setup was "to die for". The variety and quality were "5 Star" all the way, well presented and well received. You and your staff came early and stayed late and over delivered. I am in my Sixty's now and have been to many weddings and many catered events but this one was the one to judge all others by. The best part of the whole experience was the price. RUN from EVA, the "wedding planner NOT". Once you have plunked down your $3,000. reaching her…read morebecomes next to impossible. E-mails go unanswered, her phone gets put on Robot mode, text messages are ignored. We even drove down to her hair salon trying desperately to reach her. In her profession, planning is the key. Planners are in regular communication with their clients, have a mutually agreed upon plan and (especially if outdoors), contingency plans for weather, tides, crowds, etc. Eva does NOT! After making a trip to our wedding location, two weeks before the wedding we tried to reach her to plan or suggest an alternate, less crowded area. When we finally made contact, good news, Eva actually had us on her schedule for the correct date! However, she had us scheduled for wrong time (4:00 p.m. in lieu of 11:00 a.m.) at the wrong location 20 miles north! Our concerns were confirmed. When we suggested an alternate location, the answer was a "hard No"! After that, Eva went dark again (not responsive to calls, texts, etc.)!! Not until almost 13 hours before the wedding did she suggested that our guests arrive 3-4 hours early to make sure they could secure nearby parking and "hang out" and enjoy the beach prior to the ceremony. Can you imagine our elderly guests all dressed up for a wedding, out on the beach for several hours, sweating to death, watching her set up? This is when we knew we were on our own. We had 13 hours to scramble, put a wedding together on the beach (at our condo), finding someone to perform the service, set up chairs, make an altar, notify all the guests of the change... We got it done without any assistance whatsoever from Eva. On an end note, Eva has received negative reviews before and has posted rebuttals denying any wrongdoing. We expect her to do the same here. Ask yourself, "Why take a chance on having your child's special day ruined by this woman?" There are plenty of other planners in the area, why risk it? We highly suggest you RUN, RUN, RUN form Eva, the Wedding Planner, NOT!!!

We paid Steve for the wedding in full by end of 1/2020. We even continued to add services to the day & paid each one there after. Steve was a pleasure to work with originally in the planning. Due to the pandemic we had to cancel our wedding, but did not want to hurt his business so we pushed to a one year vow renewal in 3/2021. Due to circumstances we had to officially cancel our contract in 10/2020 (giving 5mnth notice). Steve stated he put us on the refund list but w/Covid-19 business was slow-we understood. I am now here 1 year later and still only received a fraction of our refund. With no communication from Steve. I have to chase him down every 3-4 months for a payment while his business looks to be thriving on social media at this time. Due to our contract we are not asking for full refund but what is owed to us and we have only received a few hundred dollars back (at 2 separate dates) compared to the thousands we are owed. A year later and I am still chasing him down with poor communication on his end.

When I say that our photos had us laughing, crying and screaming (in the most excited and happy…read moreway), I am not exaggerating. And the pictures were just part of it. Not only did Kylie deliver stunning galleries, but she curated a whole experience. Right from our first phone call, Kylie made us feel both excited and at ease, which was a theme throughout our time working with her. We had the pleasure of working with Kylie for both our engagement shoot and wedding. When she arrived to the engagement shoot, she brought allll the happy energy and creativity, despite it being like 6 AM on a chilly morning at the beach. She immediately made us feel more comfortable in front of the camera than I thought was possible, and then proceeded to ask us really thoughtful questions about what kind of posing we preferred, which meant a lot to us as a queer couple where assumptions could have been made... Kylie was incredibly quick with the editing and had our gallery back to us the next day, and our photos were literal treasures. She captured our personalities so well. They were a far cry from the stale, cookie-cutter engagement photos I see on instagram all the time. Before the wedding, Kylie provided two calls and made herself available for any questions that came up in between. She worked with our wedding planner to make sure our day-of timeline would run smoothly and that we'd get all the pictures we wanted. By the time the wedding came, we were excited to introduce all of our friends to Kylie and see what magic she would work. She was confident, calming and encouraging the whole day and even handled a delicate family dynamic beautifully.
