She is very focused on her job which is to give the client the best training session possible based on their needs and abilities that particular day. Jenny is always on time, and gently coaxes my mom to do more and work harder while being very cognizant of my mom's limitations (which can change from session to session) and making sure my mom does not get injured. Jenny is also very open to suggestions on modifying the training sessions based on updated goals. She is a great communicator and very kind to my mother as well. Jenny has trained my mom's caregivers to do specific exercises on the other four days of the week so that my mom can continue to increase her strength, balance and ability to walk for longer and longer stretches on her own without assistance. My mom's physical abilities and strength have improved since having Jenny as her trainer. We had another trainer for several years however Jenny has been much better at achieving positive results for my mom. We highly recommend Jenny as a personal fitness trainer!

One month later I lost 12 pounds and had a body fat content of 19% and had the body of a 30-year old at age 31. One year later, I was hit by a car while I was on my bicycle and suffered a broken left wrist, a sprained right shoulder, and a left knee contusion. I knew that I could not heal faster by putting extra stress on my joints despite healthy physique. That's when I called Cristina again. She put me on a meal plan that not only helped me weigh 138 lbs with 14% body fat and have the body of a 21-year old but helped me heal faster too.
