As someone with real estate professionals in our household, we were very selective about who we trusted with this sale--and Devin and Courtney exceeded every expectation. From day one, they brought clarity, strategy, and a truly hands-on approach. They helped us think through the property's potential, coordinated thoughtful improvements, and guided us on where to invest time and money to maximize value. Nothing felt generic or rushed--every step was intentional. What really stood out was thier negotiation skill and steady leadership. When lower offers came in, they held firm, stayed patient, and never lost sight of the bigger picture. Their confidence and experience paid off, resulting in an excellent outcome and a smooth, stress-free closing. If you're looking for a team that is proactive, strategic, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your success, we can't recommend the Lucas Real Estate Group highly enough.

Going through the probate process took a long time(2 and a half years) partial due to the nature of the courts and partially due to some more uncommon issues that came up. Including an existence of a trust, but being unable to locate a copy including finding the attorney who originally set up the trust and asking if they had any copies. Unfortunately, the trust was set up before computer records were common. Another problem they helped me with was SunRun decided, for reasons we were never able to figure out, to try to shut of service even after I had began the process of transferring everything into my name and was only then waiting on the deed for the house that I wouldn't have until probate was over. Getting a letter saying SunRun was going to deactivate my service for being overdue on payments while in the same letter saying I owed no money and was 0 days past due was confusing and was confusingto every SunRunemployeei spoke to and none could give me answers. Burris Law helped me tremendously with this and without their help I don't know what would have happened in the end. I can't say enough nice things about them. They sent me 2 small care packages during the process and it was really nice to get something positive in the mail during a time when I was getting anxiety every time the mail came. Even after probate has been over for a year they answer any questions I have that come up. Retaining their services was expensive, as it would have been for any probate attorney, and it was worth every cent. When I'm in a better spot I'll be back to set up my own trust with their help.

She reviewed my purchase contract, disclosures thoroughly, caught what mattered, and gave me honest, no-BS clarity on my next steps. From the moment we started, she skipped the fluff and got straight to work. Every minute counted and none of it was wasted. She spotted that my SPQ and TDS were not up to date after disclosures were added later, and made sure I knew to be BCC'd on all communications going forward. These are exactly the kinds of things you don't know to look for until it's too late. Her background as both an attorney and a real estate agent gives her perspective that most attorneys simply don't have. But what struck me most is that she is a true advocate for you. I walked away feeling informed, confident, and truly protected. If you need someone detail-oriented, straight to the point, and genuinely in your corner, I highly recommend her.

We felt much more confident having him at our side throughout the transaction. A few key aspects of his service really stood out: * Extremely Responsive: He was exceptionally quick to reply to any questions, keeping the transaction moving efficiently. He even made himself available to assist us during his own vacation, which we greatly appreciated. * Clear Communication: He was excellent at breaking down complex legal terms and contract details into straightforward, easy-to-understand language. * Thorough and Diligent: Anthony was meticulous with our paperwork, reviewing every electronic document carefully to ensure our interests were fully protected. We also really appreciated that he gave us the opportunity to dial up or down his level of involvement based on our needs. If you are looking for a highly responsive, competent and versatile attorney for a real estate transaction--remote or local--we strongly recommend Anthony.

Despite all of these attempts, I received **no response whatsoever--not even a simple call to let me know they were overwhelmed or unable to take on my matter.** In my opinion, this is extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of basic communication and courtesy toward a potential client. This is a long overdue review for a great service and great experience with Randy Chang during what…read morewas a stressful situation. Last year, my wife's parents unfortunately passed away. Also unfortunate, they had a few low-life family members that they let live at their house. They refused to leave after we gave them a verbal notice (being family, thought that may be easiest). Instead, we had to do it the hard way. I found Randy on Yelp and gave him a call. He was more than willing to spend time answering my questions and offering advice whereas other folks seemed like they were rushing or required a fee upfront. Right away, that was a solid sign and very cool of Randy to just talk. So we retained him for a reasonable fee. In our situation, he sent the 60-day notice (leaches were there over a year) and thankfully for us, something happened with these people where they up and moved out suddenly without us having to pursue further legal action, which Randy was about to execute on (they were about 2 weeks past the 60 day mark). So good outcome. I will say that Randy was very helpful to us through all of our incessant inquiries. Lol. Any time you deal with this type of situation for the first time, there's of course a lot of emotion involved and you almost can't help it. Randy gave very sage advice and said, take the emotion out of it and just let the 60-days pass by, we'll take it from there. Definitely recommend Randy. Great guy and solid service. Thank you!

When you hire a lawyer, you want someone who's sharp, efficient, and doesn't waste your time (or money) with fluff. Lawyers charge by the minute, so every word should count. When I met Divya, she did exactly that. She took all the information I gave her, laid out the pros and cons, and walked me through possible scenarios, often answering my questions before I even had to ask. With the other attorneys? I left more confused than when I walked in. Divya was precise, laser-focused, and consistently available. Even replying during off-hours when I wasn't expecting a response. Legal matters aren't easy. The anxiety builds. But this firm never dropped the ball. They were with me the entire time, and I never once felt neglected or alone. In the end, we got a decent settlement. We got exactly what we fought for. It took a year, mostly because we were up against irrational people. Sometimes it's not just about "winning"; it's about standing your ground and letting the other side know they can't walk all over you without consequences. Now, I know exactly who I'd call if I face something like this again, and who I'll recommend to anyone in my community who does. Just be upfront, be honest, and be prepared. No attorney can guarantee the outcome; just like no doctor can guarantee the result of surgery. But with this team, you'll know they've got your back.
