But I now have witnessed a consistent pattern in the past 9 months of Dr Perez's practice and mainly his administration. I have absolutely never met a more rude group in my life. From my very first visit last fall, I was met with rude attitudes. No smile, no welcoming tone, a glare through the sliding glass door where I stood for well over 5 minutes and then when I asked for her to please use my preferred name(middle versus first) I was told I would be called by the name on my insurance card. Since February I have been trying to get labs for my thyroid and hormones that require medication refills monthly but also require labs. I would call and leave messages with a returned call days later and some never returned. I would call their 'Dr On Call'...total joke. It's an answering service and there is no such thing as a Dr or a PA calling you back. Last week I was finally contacted after 3 weeks since my labs that were finally ordered and no thyroid lab (which was the entire reason for labs). PA said she would call me the next day...you guessed it...no call. Finally relented and called today and was greeted once again with the rudest admin who said my labs are in a huge stack along with others and haven't been scanned in. Hmmm, how did a Dr pull my chat then and call if they are in a stack. I was questioning when she read the labs if they were even my results and now really questioning! If you are looking for a Dr, please choose someone else! So while thousands of Doctors and nurses have been working around the clock to save lives, Dr Perez and his team took a few months off and now don't want to be bothered by patients asking for copies of their labs.
