When the home inspection showed 2 items the new owners wanted repaired, Madison offered a list of reliable handy men to take care of the issues. He asked what I was looking for and make recommendations based on the builders reputation, property location, and price. The worse of the worse is the vendor that who paints the rentals. We hired this crew on recommendation of some of the staff, that that they were the best in the painting world.
