They take up the entire floor, and there's tons to look at. True to their name, they have a lot of wood furniture that uses oak, teak, or walnut; great if you're in the market for a new table, headboard, or TV stand. Their sofas are beautifully designed, and you can definitely find a few that are discounted. I was hoping they'd have some stuff for babies, but no luck; just a small section that catered to older children. When I visited, they had an ongoing sale with lots of pieces going between 20-40% off. As this is in an outlet mall, I'm unsure if this is perpetual, but either way, it's definitely worth a visit to see their full inventory and hopefully get a great price!

Cath Kidston does all sorts of bags and accessories. Think backpacks, tote bags, handbags, wallets, luggage tags, makeup pouches etc. The quality of their stuff is great too - Some things, like the tote bags, are available in oil cloth which is great because it's water-resistant. You don't need to worry about your bag soaking up all that rainwater on a pouring day! I love how each item is available in a bunch of different prints. A lot of their themes are florals - one of my favorites is a sort of rose garden-esque pattern set among a cream-colored background. I also really like one that features colorful birds. Since this is a UK brand, some of their patterns are quite 'English', like prints of the London bus and of English nutcracker soldiers. Their prints change every season, so this kind of compels me to come into Cath Kidston whenever I pass by it to see what's new! Unfortunately, Cath Kidston is a little pricey - an oil cloth tote bag will set you back more than $250. But if you think about it, it's something that's of great quality and can be reused all the time. They do have end-of-season sales with items going at up to 40% off, so it's definitely worth checking out then! Besides bags and accessories, they also do things like kitchenware and toiletries, such as hand cream sets and lip balms. The toiletries all smell heavenly floral - but nothing too overpowering. The kitchenware is adorable! I would love to throw out all our boring plates and cups and trade them for the ones that are available here. If you're looking to get a good gift for a friend's birthday, you just might find what you want here. And come soon - they're having a ton of sales at the moment before they clear out the stock for the upcoming season, so there's no better time than right now!

I got some hair tube wraps, a t-shirt and some jewelry: prices are on the expensive end but I got very quality, unique items that I did not see anywhere else during my stay so all in all, it was a good trade.

It is a great alternative than ikea products for paying a bit more what you would pay in ikea. But I love how their products look so stylish, modern and trendy. The sleeves ended up being too tight. - It costs over USD 700 to get one made. - You need more than a week go see everything from beginning to end. - It costs USD 30 to get the item shipped to you if you cannot finish the fitting before you leave. After spending USD 700 I thought paying for shipping too was tacky. Overall I would consider Linva if I had time to see the product to the end. Since I could not lengthen my trip, I had to pay for the outcome.

The interior of the store is a little dim, and the walls are kind of a dirty cream color, giving the store a vintage-y look. If you're a fan of bold prints and bright colors, Rococo is not for you. Rococo is the exact opposite of bold and bright - all their pieces are a very neutral color, if not just grey, and are quite subtle - think pale blue or cream colors. This color scheme is actually what drew me to the shop at the beginning! If you're the kind of person who likes clothes that are subtle but special, you'll like the style at Rococo. One thing I don't like about Rococo is that the sales ladies can be a little pushy. I remember once, I was looking at a top and one of the sales ladies started telling me about how this is a really popular choice and that many people have bought this within the last week. She also started making conversation with me, asking me where I was from and if I'm on school holiday. I could tell that she was just thing to get me to make the purchase! This was months ago back in winter. I actually haven't seen that sales lady again since, so maybe she's left, but her hard selling made me a little uncomfortable - I like to do my browsing at my own pace! Rococo is also a little on the pricey side so I've actually only bought two items from there so far. If you're a mother, you'll be glad to know that Rococo has a section up front with little girls' clothes that are matching to the adult ones. Well given the vibe and hipster-ness on Gough Street, Homeless certainly has its fame. Everyone loves spending some time here woo-ing the design of things they have. It's a shame I'm a strong believer of "Form follows Function", and overwhelming designs are just not my thing. Also, whenever you buy your first item here... it's so great it would definitely stands out at your apartment. And the only logical solution is... buy more. Make your house like a designer's house. Ops. Before you know it, you now have a dozen different expensive and useless decors at home. So yeah, the a few times I wasn't window shopping, I came here and looked for specific items. The staff were so chilled that they didn't seem to care about if you got what you wanted to buy (imagine the opposite of the "shadow-sales" at SaSa). I wanted a box. Wooden, metal, jewelry box, don't care. Staff showed me the only two "boxes" they had. Of course they were designer boxes and didn't quite serve the purpose of being a box. I will come back again only if I buy gifts for friends, because that gonna be best use of useless decors.
