So looked up this place and it got the best reviews in my area and I had a very pleasant experience here. It was clean, staff was pleasant, and machines worked well. I will say that they posted that they were having an issue with their hot water lines so some of their machines were cold water only on the cycles but they were clearly labeled and had plenty of signs explaining what was going on and that they were working on it. I used to think it was a waste of money to use a laundry service but then I realized my alternative choices have been to lug laundry down 3 flights of stairs to my apartment laundry room, which leaves my clothes disgustingly damp, or to haul my laundry down 3 flights of stairs into my car and drive to a Laundromat. I have a washer and dryer at home, but my husband and I wanted to wash some sleeping bags that had been in storage before we went on a camping trip. We weren't sure our washer and dryer could handle such big, heavy items, especially since our front-loader tends to give an "out of balance" signal if you only have one or two heavy items in it. We decided to check out the Suds King Coin Laundry, and it did the trick. It wasn't too busy, and it was easy to get a washer and dryer. They have a change machine so you can get quarters. There are relatively comfortable chairs you can sit in while you wait.
