I will say that they posted that they were having an issue with their hot water lines so some of their machines were cold water only on the cycles but they were clearly labeled and had plenty of signs explaining what was going on and that they were working on it. I heard the customer stating that she would bring it back but your man simply said you've been a good customer it's no problem.
