Picked up $100 worth of dry cleaning and it absolutely REEKED. I've been using this dry cleaner's…read moreservices for a while and they must have changed chemicals or switched who they get to do the work because my clothes smell like an old lady smuggling mothballs into a cheap perfumery. When approached about the issue, the lady at the counter jammed her nose into my clothes and stated that she didn't smell anything... not only, rubbing her face on my items, but without a sense of smell, it raises some major COVID flags. She contacted the owner, who said that they would redo the clothes, but offered no assurances that they would not just give them back with the problem unresolved. No way of saying that they would not still reek. The other issue is that about a third of my clothes were not cleaned at all! They just stuck tags on them without doing anything. On the plus side, those clothes do not reek of some off-brand, flowery, wanna be-Febreeze, dollar store air freshener, but the down side is that I paid for them to do absolutely nothing at all to those clothes except waste my time and steal my money. Will be filing a chargeback to my card and finding a trustworthy cleaner who does not rip people off. I suggest looking elsewhere... anywhere... for service because this place literally STINKS.

Don't work for this place. They fired a good friend of mine for missing ONE day of work even though…read morehe followed policy by notifying the manager ahead of his shift. I guess they expected him to come in regardless that he was sick with the flu and spread it to everyone else. Then they had the NERVE to tell him that he didn't have integrity. I believe they fired him for nefarious reasons. They seem to have a "good ol' boy" system and some of the other techs didn't like the fact that my friend has years of experience and the ability to think outside the box. I guess they expect their workers to work like robots and not use their brains. Unless you are a human that doesn't get sick and have a life and children, I would not recommend working for this company.
