Over two weeks ago, I had a load of clothes that were unfortunately burned and damaged due to one of their dryers overheating. It was a frustrating and upsetting situation, as the clothes were ruined, but what made it even worse was the utter lack of follow-up or care from the management or ownership. When I initially reported the issue, all I was asked to do was write down my name and number. No one offered any explanation, no one took the time to gather more information or even express sympathy for the situation. Just a simple, "Write your name down, we'll get back to you." Well, two weeks later, still nothing. The "manager" on site even acknowledged that my cloths were scalding hot and burnt. What bothers me the most is the complete lack of effort to communicate or resolve the issue. It feels like my concerns were completely disregarded. The manager and owner did not reach out to me, and it almost seems like they assumed I wouldn't follow through because of the location of the laundromat. I hate to think that my race or socioeconomic status might have played a role in how I've been treated here, but I can't ignore the feeling that they believe people from this neighborhood won't have the resources or the motivation to fight back. I absolutely do. I have the means and the determination to make sure this is addressed. At the very least, a simple follow-up call to ask for more details about the incident or to inquire about what was damaged would have shown some level of care or customer service. Instead, I've been completely ignored, treated as if I wasn't even a paying customer, as if my experience didn't matter at all. I find that incredibly disrespectful. This whole situation has been an absolute nightmare, and I refuse to just let it slide. I'll continue to pursue this until I get some form of acknowledgment or resolution. The lack of responsibility shown here is unacceptable, and I will not allow this laundromat to simply get away with neglecting its customers. If you value your belongings and expect any level of accountability, I highly suggest you find another place to do your laundry. Based on my experience, this laundromat clearly doesn't care about its customers, and if something goes wrong, they won't be there to help. Truly disappointing especially when the cloths damaged weren't worth much. Luckily My clothing are generally dry cleaned and I only use this laundry mat when my washer is acting up and I'm in a rush.

Most worked fine. A large load of clothes washed in 30 minutes and dried in under 10! Clothes smelled and looked clean to me. Today was my 1st time ever using this laundromat. I ended up spending $100 there. When I first…read morearrived, I was trying to figure out how to start their washing machines. I didn't see a station where I could get their card to put money on. So, I was trying to use my debit card to start the washing machines. They weren't starting. So, I noticed an employee. I asked him if he knew how to work the machines? He said yes, rolled his eyes, didn't bother to show me, and kept on moving. Then, there was a customer getting loud in there asking someone/whoever had clothes in a particular dryer if he could use it or if they could take their clothes out of it. No one responded to him... maybe because whoever was using that dryer probably stepped out. I don't know how the spotlight got onto me for that, but it did when I just got there and hadn't even started washing my clothes yet. He continued on yelling and ranting stating that people hear him asking whose clothes were in that dryer and nobody is saying anything. I raised my voice and told him I just got there and haven't even gotten a chance to even use a dryer yet. He responded... "Good!" I don't have time for this rudeness and nonsense especially after spending $100 in there. There's $11 left on my card with them. I want it all back on my debit card. I will NEVER EVER go back to THAT particular laundromat. I will also make sure to let anyone who is wanting to go there know how rude and disrespectful they are over there and recommend they just go across the street.
