They have an attendant most of the time. The owner Steve is down to earth, friendly, and professional. He listens to his customers, and tries to always improve on his business. I used the drop off service a few times, and it was a huge life saver for me. My family was sick with the Corona virus for over a month. I would not allow myself to have contact directly with the staff at the laundromat, or public. I was able to pack our laundry, and put it into the back end of my trunk. Which the staff came out, and accommodated our calamitous laundry pile up. I recommend this place to all my healthcare co-workers, friends, or anyone I meet. This place surely doesn't disappoint. The only people I think disappoint me is the public who sometimes try to play games on the attendants to get free laundry. I will say this to the public. Don't ruin a good thing for the rest of us who do pay our fair share. I don't want to pay more, because your trying to rip off a business. It takes hard earned money to start and invest in a business. You know who you are reading this review. Don't think for a minute that your going to help yourself in the end when you ruin it for everyone by playing con games. Lastly, to the parents who have young wild children. The pubic is not your babysitter. I would think on some certain level you would stop what your doing (being on your cell phone, folding laundry, etc) to get control of your kids. If you haven't noticed we are not in an era anymore where children are "safe". It takes seconds for your kid to disappear, or get seriously hurt. If your kid disappears the last memory you will be left with is a video taking them before the inevitable. So wake up, and take charge of your kids like you should have done in the first place.
