Called the phone number, and the person stated he would refund the amounton cash app. Asked to put "out of order"sign on washer. the washer started after ten minutes while on the phone, I told him that. He told me to remove the sign. Then, he refused to pay on cash app. He was very rude, stating I was using his water and electricity. I have been going there for 30 some years. Never again ,not another quarter !
