In the case of Chandler Coin Wash, I'm happy to say this will be a great review. The washing and drying machines in my building leave room for desire, and are often filled with other people's dirt, broken pens, gum, etc. So I found myself needing to find a laundromat that I could build a relationship with. Chandler Coin Wash was the third laundromat I tried, and as is often said, "Three times is a charm!" Like many folks, I became sick due to the current pandemic, and needed to have my laundry picked up, and then delivered when it was finished being washed and folded. If you've never had this service done for you, I don't recommend you try it at any of the other laundromats in town - I didn't have good experiences until I called Chandler Coin Wash. They came to my home the same day I called them. I realize that they don't always do this, and scheduling is necessary at times, but they're happy to work with people, and it shows! The nice man that took my laundry was professional, he wore a mask, and he was quick about his business! I asked him about the pricing, and I was Happy to learn that Chandler Coin Wash was easily the least expensive option available out of the three laundromats I had tried so far. The real treasure here though is what I received when I had my clothes delivered to me. First of all, if you've never had your clothes professionally washed, the difference between a home wash and a professional wash is amazing! These clothes smelled, and felt absolutely wonderful. Chandler Coin Wash though, despite having a lower price, got my clothes back to me in a much better fashion than any of the laundromats I had the opportunity to work with. I have to leave a note about the way they were folded. I don't know how they can possibly take the time to fold every article of clothing the way that they do, but one can tell that they pay a lot of attention to detail in a very meticulous fashion. I would highly recommend that everyone give Chandler Coin Wash a try if they're considering their pickup and drop-off service. I'll certainly be giving them my business for the foreseeable future, especially during this pandemic where going out to do laundry on one's own is not only time consuming, but can also pose a risk to one's safety. The driver is super friendly. For the most part, they stick to their scheduled pickup/drop off window. There was one time where they were early dropping off, but I work close by and have a lot of flexibility so that isn't a big deal for me. It's not the frugal option, but when there's room in the budget, I will always have Jimmy's do my laundry.

She's always accommodating and helps everyone locate and acquire a washing machine when it's busy and let me tell you that this place is always packed ! So when I walk through the door carrying my handful of laundry, Elsie, is quick to locate me a machine and helps get me through the massive crowds of people ! And if it wasn't for excellent customer service skills of Elsie, I would have walked out and gone some place else! But Thankfully, this location does have an Elsie, and the facility is a better place because of her hard work and willingness to help other's !
