I love the rustic modern look with the brick wall and interesting artwork. I also love their window art with plants and cactuses. The two girls working were very sweet and what I thought was helpful. I asked what was vegan and she told me "the soups I'd 100 percent vegan but the curry mango jackfruit was vegan but the bun was not." Which really confused me since on their board it said "feat. Vegan" so I asked her why it would be under featured vegan if the bun was not. She responded "don't even get me started, I keep telling them they shouldn't do that." So of course this really confused me and annoyed me. I ended up just ordering two soy chai lattes (one with coffee, the other without). The latte itself wasn't very flavourful, the barista told me to bring it back over if it wasn't sweet enough. I did that but still found it bland. Also it was quite watery versus other lattes I have had. When I left I wrote on the local vegan group on Facebook with my concerns. One man was really upset so he wrote Duo Cafe where they ensured that the buns were indeed vegan. So I guess my main thing now is, they need some training by the sounds of it. The wash is cold water only (no sign posted) because owner can't make a profit offering hot water....his words. Every cycle is $3 each, dryers 45 minutes. Lingerie was not dry after 45 minutes! I would not recommend this service. The campground is cheaper and hot water is offered.

I can attest that the quality is quite good. There is also an array of beers, including craft beers, available in the back. The staff is very helpful and always ready to answer any question you might have. Be aware of the store hours. If you aren't sure, then call ahead to allow yourself plenty of time to get there before it closes. There is a well stocked store and restaurant in the same shopping area.
