A second time for a small concert. The space served both occasions very well. LAYOUT: The space has an open layout. There is a huge kitchen, open coworking space, and some offices. The seating includes tables and couch like seating. Inside you'll also find phone booth for private calls. The space is pleasantly modern with an abundance of natural light. It effortlessly inspires your best work. DROP-INS: Drop-in coworking sign up is incredibly easy. It's $25 per visit. You can reserve a pass online with amenities (HDMI, WiFi, TV, and whiteboard). You can also drop-in and pay onsite. The space also offers gallery memberships (essentially work in an open space), meeting rooms, private offices, and mail services. You can visit the office 24/7 as a member. SERVICE: The service is pleasant but I couldn't tell you who the Community Manager here is unlike at other coworking spaces. It takes away from personal connection. I also couldn't tell you who the community is, there are no networking opportunities. MY COWORKING DAY: Overall, I enjoyed my coworking experiences but found some challenges. The space wasn't quiet enough for me to take conference calls and was crowded during my visit. The phone pod/booth was very simplistic, not so presentable for video calls, and had very little room. The space wasn't well equipped in terms of outlets. They were shared and hot commodity. There were elements that I loved about working here. Location is amazing. I ventured out for coffee in the morning and lunch at the Food Hall in Van Aken. It's a very short walk. In the summer you can even sit outside at lunch. It's lovely to have all the delicious food within steps. I love the clean and simple aesthetic of this space. The spacious kitchen was nice for morning coffee as well as eating and work favorite duo. If you're a shopaholic, this is also an ideal location. Work hard, shop hard. It's also probably fun to work here when events are happening at Van Aken so that you can transition from work to play. PARKING: The coworking space does not have dedicated parking but there is plenty around. Limited street parking is available at Van Aken. The most roomy options are multi-tier parking garage and surface lot. Both are huge and free. I'd visit this AO Office on occasion. It's not a good long-term fit for me. There are not enough private nooks, community events and relationship-building. I will confidently say that it's the most upscale looking coworking location on the East Side.

A co-work space is only as good as the people who run it and they are fantastic. From the community manager Jesse to Chantell and Anne, they care about your experience, whether you are staying a month or 12 months. They are flexible in stay terms which cannot be said about many co-work spaces in Cleveland. The office is excellent, modern and always clean. Everyone is friendly and it's a very quiet place to get your work done. Location is superb in the Van Aken District. A real gem and clearly above the rest in The Land. If you are seeking a co-work space, do not get one without looking here first. A++

Co Hatch Beachwood - On 26 April 2023

I used their Beachwood co-working space for the first time in April 2023. All first time guests get to use the space for a whole day for free which is nice. I love that there are multiple places to sit to get your work done. Table and chair? Check. Soft sofa or cushioned chair? Double check? They also have complimentary tea and coffee. They are connected to a shopping centre so if you are hungry and need food, you will be able to easily order food. They have a fountain drink/soda machine but the machine actually is for beer only which I thought was funny. The outside of the machine is labeled Coca Cola but they don't sell coke (haha). I don't drink alcohol but for those who do, grab a beer if you want. I do not know the price but I'm assuming a dollar or two. They host events here and I previously came for a private "The Beauty Boost" event here on April 13, 2023. A friend gave me a gift card so I will definitely be back to either this location or their Ohio City location. Visit their website to check out their membership prices. **** - 67/150 total reviews in 2023 - 618 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 31 May 2023

CO-WORKING SPACE -- I first visited Limelight on a Sunday in January 2021 for a private event from a female organization that I am apart of (The Beauty Boost). During the event, we listened to a speaker and we got to write or draw out vision boards for the year ahead. I got a tour of the space and realized how BIG it is inside. I visited again to try out my free day pass in April 2021. I worked there for most of the day (about 6 hours) and being there made me miss the office environment because I now strictly work remotely (work from home). The ladies working at the little front desk area allowed me to stay past 5pm if I wanted to which was nice of them because I got there around 10am and I needed to work for more than 5 hours. During my April visit, a man seating at my table showed my friend Noelle and I the rooftop deck, along with 2 other people who came along. The rooftop deck is connected with an apartment building and it is beautiful. The chairs on there are cute but the view is just fine. It is nice taking a quick work break to enjoy some sunshine on the rooftop. PROS - 1) Huge Co-Working Space and beautiful 2) Plenty of tables and wall outlets for your laptop 3) If you need 2 screens to work with, they have free desktop monitors to use with connecting cables (great for those of you want who want to use both a laptop and a monitor) 4) Free tea, coffee, and fruit 5) A self-serve snack bar - they work on the honour system so you will pay for this yourself 6) An attached small cafe at the entrance where you can buy drinks and mini-bites (I think they sell sandwiches) 7) Bathrooms 8) Private rooms for conference calls or conferences 9) Smaller rooms for phone calls 10) Open seating 11) Paid seating in private Mini-Offices for small business 12) Amazing rooftop deck 13) Fridge and microwave so you can pack your food and bring it here 14) Comfortable chairs and sofas to sit on 15) Free parking across the street at the hospital parking lot CONS 1) If you are visiting for just a day (free guest pass), you can only use the space from 9am to 5pm when the building is staffed. After 5pm, the front doors lock and you will need a keycard to get in. Only members have a keycard so if you are a guest and you want to stay after 5pm, you can't leave to grab dinner because the door will be locked by the time you come back. I highly recommend Limelight in the Ohio City neighbourhood of Cleveland and I wish I had the money in my budget to come here 3 times a week. P.S. They are building a 2nd location in Cleveland which is going to be part of a new high-end apartment building called "Electric Gardens" in the Tremont neighbourhood of Cleveland. I can't wait to see that new location and I think construction is already complete. I was in town visiting for a quick work trip and had the pleasure of experiencing limelight for the day with my team. From the moment we entered the space, I was drooling over their plant collections, stunning wallpapers, and fun decor. The space made me think of eclectic decor from a mix of travels and vintage shops. You'll find a variety of spaces ranging from phone call booths and conference rooms to communal tables and privately rented offices. There is a communal kitchen offering tea and coffee daily. Rumor has it that they offer a variety of programming throughout the year for members. It's hard to beat the convenience of the Ohio City location with several shops and restaurants within arm's reach. Parking is also available on the back end of the building in addition to public street parking. Grateful for our cozy day of work in this beautiful space.

When I signed my agreement, I declined autopay and was charged a retainer specifically because I did not want a default payment method on file. My understanding was that I would receive invoices and could pay them manually. Later, Regus automatically charged my card for an invoice without my clear consent. I did not knowingly authorize my card to be used as a recurring default payment method. I disputed that charge with my bank as unauthorized and immediately removed my card as the default payment method in the Regus portal. After that, Regus added a third retainer to my account and informed me that they would only credit part of it back if I put a new default payment method on file. In other words, after an automatic charge I considered unauthorized, they tied getting some of my money back to my willingness to place a new card on autopay. I raised my concerns multiple times in writing. I was told that their manager had reviewed it and that there was nothing more they could do, no further escalation, and no "custom adjustments" to billing. I was also told that if I left the office and returned badges, they would still continue to invoice me through the end of the agreement as a breach, even while the billing dispute remained unresolved. My main issues are the unauthorized use of my card, the additional retainer applied after I removed my card and disputed the charge, and the refusal to address these concerns without forcing me back into autopay. This experience has left me feeling that my payment information was not handled in a way I could trust. I would encourage anyone considering this location to read the billing terms very carefully, get everything in writing, and be extremely cautious about how your payment methods are used and stored.
