On our first meeting we met with Xiao, the center director, and he paired us with Emily to begin with an initial verbal and written assessment to pinpoint his struggle areas. My son was very quiet and kind of closed off, but Emily was so patient and kind while she worked with him. I didn't hesitate to enroll because, it's a very constructive and warm and inviting learning environment. I know that it is early in this journey, but they spent quite a bit of time on the first day working with him. We scheduled his first two sessions immediately so that we didn't have to wait until after the new year to get started. Even though it's the holiday season he will have an opportunity to get lessons before we break for the holidays. As I waited, I could hear my son opening up as Emily worked with him. I have a feeling this will be a great experience for him, and I can't wait to post a follow up in 6 months.

His was her third academic enrollment in college, and honestly, the most supportive of all. Kaplan was fair in pricing and following though on promises (other places were not), and Kaplan provided her with quality courses and a great education and all the individual and group support she needed to earn her degree. And have to say, the organization for the event was amazing -- everything was so timely and well-planned, and it was truly a celebration! Graduations can be boring. This was NOT. They allowed the families to cheer and celebrate their loved ones hard work -- which is not typical.
