    Since 1978 we paid Chet Hill for our Safeco Insurance. 41 years. We had two issues in the past…read morefew years, a bobcat ran on the freeway and broke the under frame of our 2096 Honda and a landscaper piled small boulders in the dark in front of my car which I did not see and drove over. Two claims in many years. Our rates increased to $4800 per year for our 3 cars, the Honda, my 2013 Ford C Max with 30k miles, and a third car 2012 Toyota. We tried to obtain a reduction. Nope. We finally got a quote from a State Farm, an identical policy was $2400. Yes fifty percent less. I called Chet Hill, they could not match it. I had already paid the September six month bill of $2400, we cancelled in November and a refund of $1500 was returned. I believe we were double billed for three years. I also inquired through Costco and was offered the same policy for $2100 but am sticking with State Farm for now. Shame on you Chet Hill. Arlie would be angry with you!

They came out and met us for coffee and went through all the insurance opportunities we had available... Any time we have a question, Colton and Jason are easy to get ahold of and enjoyable to talk to. What we appreciate the most is the number of different insurance companies we are able to choose from through Chet Hill; for example, just with life insurance, we had about 50 different company options. We were so satisfied we had our parents and friends go talk to Colton and Jason and now Chet Hill provides policies for them as well.

    Got a call on my cell phone from these people, completely unsolicited. They said they'd mailed me…read morestuff and asked what I thought of it. I asked where and how they got my contact information, and the guy was rude and hung up. Obviously, I did not compile business experience with them because there's no chance that'll ever happen--just as I'll never again take their calls. Charming outfit, answering reasonable questions with disrespect.

First, I don't appreciate that they cold called her and pushily got her to let them come over for a meeting about her retirement. Clearly they got her name from a list of recent retirees. Second, I don't appreciate the stress she went through the past few years, unable to get call-backs from her agent. It's not to say that she never got a call back, but it often took multiple messages and weeks before her agent would get back to her. That is when I stepped in and demanded a meeting to get my name put on her accounts. I spoke with the office manager and got him to assign my mom a new agent. I then attended a meeting with the agent to discuss my moms accounts and get my name put onto them, so I could start doing business for my mom, since they made her feel bullied in decisions about her money. I was promised by the manager that the new agent assigned to my mom would be much better about calling her back. She was, at first - but that was only until she realized that my mom had wanted to schedule a meeting to withdraw some funds. The agent promised to get her the forms and then showed up at my moms house with another agent, who convinced my mom not to withdraw any money, saying that my moms bank would make it very hard to withdraw funds from her savings account. That is a lie. I then left 2 scathing messages; 1 with the office manager and one with her agent. Neither called back. I then called her agent the next day and she answered her phone. After explaining that I was very displeased with their meeting and her bringing a person, whom my mom felt bullied by, to talk my mom out of doing the business she wanted to do, she promised to call my mom that day and make an appointment to bring forms to withdraw money. That was 6 days ago. The agent also told me that she hadn't actually put me on my moms account but just added me as a beneficiary, which I already was - according to the hard copies of all of my moms paperwork. Talk about getting the runaround! At this point we will have to try to go through their corporate office to get forms to withdraw funds and then I will file complaints with the Oregon Insurance Commission and the NAIC (National Association of Insurance Companies). I had already threatened to do so, but that fell on deaf ears.

    ADA Cindy…read more Time between 2:00pm-3:00pm Cindy,Molly,Jasmin David,JennieGabrielRivas Cindy from Farmers Insurance ask me to remove my life insurance policy and all my other accounts that I had with them because my husband decided to cancel the auto Insurance. I also said that I felt discriminated because the way they have been treating us the last months that they made it so difficult to cancel the auto insurance. I have some recordings from today conversation. In the recording Cindy said that I should remove the rest of mh accounts with them, but she knows my health problems. She also said for someone who gets migraines, she has a big mouth. I have a lot of health problems Cindy knows, I'm basically disabled that is why I can't drive. She also knows that, the only person who drives my car is my husband nobody else. Google Reviews down here If you are Hispanic, your English is not perfect, and have disability please don't go to her. Unfortunately because I told Cindy and Molly how I felt. I told both of them I felt discriminated, because of the lies they been telling my husband and I for the last month was not ok. I was feeling that they were taking advantage of us when she lie about the life insurance unfortunately because of my health problems I don't have so many options. Forwarding to now, the problem was that my husband spoke to molly receptionist and told her that he decided to cancel the insurance. Molly said ok, but there was paperwork he need it to sign he said ok, the paperwork was going to be send via email. That same day Molly called me, saying that a cousin that was visiting me was going to be added to our auto insurance. I don't handle the auto insurance, is my husband since I'm not allowed to drive. I said why? I explain to her that he doesn't live there that he moved and that he can't be added. She said because a lot of people have been getting into accidents, and are sueing farmers insure they decided to add everyone that lives in the household that has a License and is 18 years old. I was like no , our fee was going to go up $1000 he doesn't live here so why would I add someone else, so at the end she did send me restriction endorsement form. But remember my husband had already talked to her earlier and she knew that he wanted to canceled. She was also supposed to send him the cancellation forms but she didn't. I don't drive so the form that I received was in my husband name. She wanted me to sign that and send it to her, but the one insured is my husband. When my husband got home I told him, I got a call from the auto insurance company. My husband said I talked to them already I told them I was going to cancel, don't worry about it. I said ok, left it up to him because he is the one that drives. My husband never got documents from molly, neither from Cindy. A few days Molly called me and said if I didn't send back the form sign, they were going to be adding my cousin to the policy. I was like omg, they are playing games. I called and I told her hey my husband told you that he wanted to cancel the insurance. You called me that same day and you told me a different store, you didn't send any paperwork to him but you did send paperwork to me. That is on my husband name, and you know that he want to cancel. I told her that they were playing little games and that was not ok, I told them just because you have trick my husband in the past because his English is not as good that doesn't mean you can take advantage. My husband got off work early put me on speaker so I could hear what was Cindy our agent saying about the situation. She told my husband that the firm was send, but it was the exclusion form and she told him that him and I need to have better communication. After hearing and keeping evidence I she said enough, my husband didn't understand of what forms were sent out. Cindy also escorted my husband out, since my husband asked for a date of a call that Molly made to him. On top of that she asked me to move my accounts, she knows that moving my life insurance because of my health issues would cost me a leg a month or I wouldn't be able to get one. She even said years ago that it was good I got the life insurance before my health started. So I would really think two or three times before going to farmers and talking to someone like her that doesn't care about people like my husband and I.     Unprofessional. I do not recommend her at all…read more I'm appalled that this women is even in business still. She claims she's been in the business for 45 years. I find this extremely hard to believe considering the amount of bullshit she put me through. Buyers beware DO NOT go with Cindy.
