I was coming up on the deadline for enrolling in a new medigap policy and tried to enroll directly with two different insurance companies who both made significant errors in processing my application. If I could give this company zero stars I would. They missed enrolled my family into a terrible plan. I tried to confirm with the correct plan and got radio silence. Now I am dealing with a case worker through marketplace to counteract their mistake. This is going to effect my family, coverage and finances. I highly recommend going with another company who actually pays attention to their clients and know what they are doing. New to Oregon, self employed, needed individual health insurance. Called here based on great yelp reviews and close. Cassandra initially seemed AWESOME! So attentive and responsive w/my MANY questions. Decided on Kaiser. She sent paperwork needed for signature - albeit, unrevised since last plan I decided on and we discussed. (Bronze for 565/mo vs Silver 720/mo) When I called to inquire before signing, she said she had problems making revision, but, NOT TO WORRY, she would do before submitting to Kaiser. Long story short....she submitted 2 plans for me. BOTH Bronze and Silver. Have been billed for both to tune of $1285! Trying to untangle w/Kaiser as haven't heard back from her since. Won't be reimbursed for a month from Kaiser for plan cancelled. Obviously, Cassandra works on commission - pushes through unauthorized plans. Disgusting. Save yourself time and money is my advice. Call provider directly....sheesh UPDATE: 12/31/19. Just got billed AGAIN $1285 for 'dual account' set up by this Co. Going to take some time to get this billing issue fixed obviously. Thanks again FG for your 'help'. I've used brokers in past for health insurance and never had a problem like this. BEWARE is my advice. FG is either incompetent or shady. My guess is both. Again, my advice, go directly through insurance companies for coverage. Save yourself time, $ and headache. read more

I wish I had meet Chrissy Michael 10 years ago when I was a self employed single mom. I'm lucky now to be married and have insurance through my husband. But I was with my friend Yvonne when Chrissy was giving her a quote for insurance and wow she really simplified the process. I had know idea you would get the same quote calling her that you would get calling insurance company's direct but she can look at all of them for you way faster then you can make 10 phone calls. I am going to be turning that magical age of 65 in the next few months, and was clueless about Medicare and all it's parts and plans. Nick was very patient with me and spent 1 1/2 hours with me going over my options and its costs. Turns out I will be saving A LOT of money when I switch and can remove myself off my husbands policy. (He is happy too).
