He didn't want to "ask" for certain things on our behalf, meanwhile they were not far fetched or obscene requests by any means. At the closing, we came to an escrow agreement with the sellers, which they did not fulfill in the allotted time frame and Mr. Filippone "could not find any paperwork on it," even though it was on a couple of weeks later. He charged us a high rate and did minimal work. A family member of ours did majority of HIS legwork, because they were looking out for our best interest, unlike our high priced lawyer.
