In the past I have had them to take off charges that weren't valid. About 7 months ago I paid a Medicare deductible in full, verified it with Medicare, I received a paid receipt from them and a statement showing the payment with a zero balance. I had another paid visit or two afterward. Now, after 7 months of the paid bill, the billing department is trying to get a 2nd deductible payment from me. I moved out of the area 3 months ago, put everything in storage and I have been touring the US with only a SUV, in the mountains with no or very little cellular service. At a stop in a town I saw on the internet USPS ,a bill from them. I called. The billing department threaten to turn me over to collections if I don't pay a 2nd Medicare deductible or drive back to my storage shed 20 hours away or expect my bank to do her job and hunt down their payment if I can get them on the phone long enough in the mountains. She said it was my responsibility to prove I paid it after about 7 months and no other billing or contact on it since my payment in full. This is elder financial fraud. Re billing Medicare deductibles to elderly patients a 2nd time and threatening to put my PAID Medicare accounts to Collections unless they get a 2nd Medicare deductible payment.

He is knowledgeable (40 years of experience in medicine), has a sense of humor, is patient and an excellent listener. His staff, (nurse Michelle). Is always kind and helpful. My wife, (who introduced me to Dr. Davidson) feels the same. Dr. Davison's exemplary behavior dealing with her autistic son (who is now in is forties) speaks to his people skills and empathy. I always feel like he genuinely cares. The wait time, in my experience, is always minimal I would highly recommend this man to anyone. The business end of the office is professional, respectful and efficient.
