No apology, no nothing for wasting my time. They could have told me this over the phone and I could have spent those 11 days trying to find another doctor to diagnose a potentially serious medical condition. I did not need them to prescribe the testosterone, didn't matter, get out, we don't want you here is basically what it felt like.

Took Our Son here in November -- because he will only be on our Medical Insurance for 1 more year…read more-- I decided to get him in for a Physical (Optometrist & Dentist) so that we have time to correct any issues. He was pretty much raised by his Dad, so I knew that his Vaccinations were probably not up to date and that ran some Blood work. Found out that his Cholesterol was High, but otherwise, he's a very healthy 24 (almost 25) year old. So he was going to add more Veggies and Fruit to his Diet! He also saw Dr David Wall -- his Dad's Dr. I went in that day, as well, and had some Skin Conditions looked at it. I prefer Female Drs -- so I asked if Dr Maureen Roos was available. I was so happy with our 3 Visits (collectively) -- that I went home and requested that all of my Medical Records be faxed over to the North Amidon Physicians Office. I just left their Office today. I always have my Physical done in January and like to keep things consistent. Dr Maureen Roos is very nice and she actually listens and asks you questions. I feel like this is one of the best things that I have done for myself in a very long time. My Prescriptions have been Renewed, my Mammogram is scheduled, Blood Tests are being Processed -- all very efficiently! Love this Dr's Office :)

My wait times have been less than 5 minutes for each visit and I am always early. A nurse always escorts me back to a room and the Dr is there within 5 minutes of the nurse leaving. I have been referred to several specialists who have all been wonderful experiences also. The facility is clean and modern. I truly feel blessed that I found such a competent Dr who spends ample time with me to assure we work as a team on my health.
