Dr. Kari Clouse was cold, uninterested, and didn't even care enough to ask questions. She could…read morenot even do a routine exam. There was no blood test, no other tests. I did not get the help I needed. Dr. Clouse left me alone in a small room for most of the time, then never came back to complete. So no final questions or comments. A nurse had to finish up. My mother in law was being treated at CPT and she went to the ER because his office did not send in her prescription like they stated that they would do for the SECOND time. She ran out of medications and I had to take her to the ER or her nurse was going to call an ambulance when withdrawals started. The ER doctor was able to finally get a hold of doctor Ain and he gave her a prescription of 3 pills and than stated she must be seen by him the very next day. We called in the morning and was given the run around and than we received a call from doctor Ain and he was yelling and screaming at my husband over the phone about how the procedure my 81 year old mother in law had done should have taken away all of her pain. He obviously never looked at her file and saw how badly her back has been deteriorating and that her fibromyalgia was flared up. When my husband tried to talk to him he yelled at him some more and stated that this was not a discussion and if he said anything he was going to remove her from the services he provided. He than hung up on my husband. He does not have to worry about removing her services since she has been put into hospice care and he will not be allowed to do any procedures on her since he is obviously out of control and cannot be trusted.
