The real reason I stop by Oleaceae every time I come to Santa Fe is their BLACK TRUFFLE SALT. GENIUS. Truffle oil has a very short shelf-life, but truffle SALT has the same shelf-life as salt!! FINE with me, I love that they give me the option, I'd rather pay the fee then go find cash and many merchants don't give you the option.
